What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation: You’ll be reaching out to potential buyers and sellers through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups, keeping a steady stream of leads flowing into the business.
- Lead Qualification: You’ll pre-screen contacts by asking key questions about their readiness to buy or sell.
- Set Appointments: You’ll schedule appointments between prospective clients and our real estate agents, making sure they get the attention they need at the right time.
- Nurture Relationships: You’ll maintain communication with leads, building trust and staying in touch with them until they’re ready to move forward.
- CRM Management: You’ll manage and organize our client database, ensuring all leads are properly categorized and up-to-date, helping streamline our sales process.
