Originally from Ukraine, Vitaliia Matiiuk Pryadko has called the United States home for more than a decade. Her own journey—from Ukraine to Boston and ultimately to the Raleigh area—has given her a firsthand understanding of what it means to make a major move and create a sense of home in a new place.
With a professional background in architecture, Vitaliia brings a detail-oriented and thoughtful approach to real estate. Whether helping clients purchase a resale home, sell their current property, or navigate the many stages of new construction, she focuses on clear communication, strong guidance, and making sure her clients feel informed and supported from beginning to end.
Based in Wake Forest, Vitaliia serves buyers and sellers throughout Raleigh and the greater Triangle area. She especially enjoys helping clients relocating to North Carolina, combining her personal relocation experience with her knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle the Triangle has to offer.
Outside of real estate, Vitaliia loves spending time with her family, exploring new places around the Triangle, enjoying the outdoors, and discovering everything that makes North Carolina feel like home.
